Lilianna Pedroni
Lilianna Pedroni, thinking, with a small version of herself climbing out of her head and diving away

I tend to jump in headfirst.

Years ago that's how I ended up teaching music in Hanoi for three years without a plan for what came after. More recently it's how I ended up designing a company's entire brand and site in eight weeks, and before that, the first AI feature a safety company ever shipped.

It's the same outside of work. I'm two months into learning a West African rhythm instrument called the asalato, and I'm genuinely bad at it, which has not slowed me down. Before that it was fire spinning, salsa, and a bowl at the skate park I'm still working on.

A random hill I'll die on: car headlights are too bright now, and it didn't have to be like this.
